You can buy tickets for shows at Wyndham’s Theatre in a number of ways, either in person direct from the theatre’s box office, online or by telephone.

As you'd expect from a historic London venue, tickets for the middle of the stalls and front of the royal circle are usually the most expensive. But they also give you the best views in the house, too. You tend to get what you pay for.

All audience members must have their own seat and there is no discount for children.

You'll notice a £1 restoration levy marked on your ticket, included win the price. This is your way to help fund a bright future for this amazing theatre – they spend it on essential renovation work, upkeep and maintenance.

Buying tickets by phone

Call the theatre's box office on 0344 482 5151 to be put through to one of their helpful staff, who will process your booking and answer any questions.

Pre-paid tickets can be collected from the box office from 45 minutes before the performance starts. On collection, present your booking reference and the card with which the booking was made. You can also leave tickets there if any of your party are running late, for them to pick up when they arrive.

Buying tickets in person

If you would like to book your tickets in person, turn up at the box office inside the theatre building on Charing Cross Road. The opening hours are: Monday to Saturday from 10am-7.45pm

Buying tickets online

Millions of us buy theatre tickets online. The best way to avoid cowboys, stay safe and get the best value for money is to pick an online ticket seller who's officially accredited by STAR, the Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers, identifiable by the STAR logo.

STAR-approved websites obey strict rules about great customer service. They'll let you know the full ticket prices and any stage view restrictions up front and they'll stand by you if something goes wrong.

If you decide to print your tickets at home, saving time, cash and hassle, bear in mind everyone in your group needs their own ticket – you need to print one each.

Buying group tickets

Great value group rates are lower than the standard ticket price - you can claim a discount if your party contains eight or more people. The group booking phone number is 0344 482 5100.

Buying access tickets

Disabled? You and a carer can claim discounted tickets. Call the special access line on 0344 482 5137. The venue's friendly staff will also be able to answer any questions you may have concerning access and accessibility.
